Hot Cross Bun Cup-Cakes





Ingredients :- 

  • 150g self raising flour
  • 150g butter
  • 150g Caster Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mixed spice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 100g currants

  • 100g white marzipan
  • Jam

a 12 - cup cupcake pan, lined with paper cases (Makes 12)
