Mini Cup-Cakes






 

Ingredients :- 


  • 120g plain flour
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 1½  teaspoons baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 drops of Pink Natural Colouring
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 120ml whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Frosting

  • 250g icing sugar, sifted
  • 80g unsalted butter
  • a couple of drops of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk


Chcolate flavour strands or other edible sprinkles, Blueberries.
2 x 12 - cup MINI cupcake pan, lined with paper cases (Makes 12)
